Comfort Suites

Room was clean, staff nice, have stayed here many times. But….i stepped on glass going up the stairs of the water slide and cut my foot. There were young children that could have been injured. I gave the piece of glass to the lifeguard on duty and nothing was said as she was just sitting and playing on her phone the entire time. Good hotel, not a great experience this time unfortunately as it’s not usually like this.

Comfort Suites was a dependable, no-drama stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with a comfortable bed and enough space to spread out if you’re traveling with family or doing a quick overnight. Check-in was smooth and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast had a decent selection and was kept stocked. Parking was easy, and the location worked well for getting around town and the airport area.

Service is always good in this hotel. This became my second home in Saskatoon just because of the friendliness of the staff. Front staff are amazing. Jonah was amazing. They will accommodated your request if they can for sure. Hotel is pet friendly too, complete with some dog treats, and an area beside the hotel that has dog bags and a trash bin. Parking is ample and the Pool Area is well maintained. Will definitely keep coming back.

Staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are fairly large, location and parking is good. They have a good breakfast with options and the pool / water slide was clean and good for us. This hotel overall was great for me and my family and made travelling with our pup so easy - they even gave him a doggie treat bag

I stayed here for a night with my wife and son after attending an event at Prairieland Park. We chose this hotel because our son likes waterslides for our hotel stays. Check in was quick and friendly. There is coffee in the lobby. We had a corner suite on the second floor. Our room was spacious and clean with a big tv. The beds were too firm for our liking but the linens were fresh and crisp. The bathroom was also spacious and did feature an accessible shower with a seat. This is great however the shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor. There is more than an inch where water can spill out from the accessible shower. There was water all over in front of the shower after just a five minute rinse after the pool. I had to use most of the other towels provided just to keep water from entering the other room. I hope this does not happen in every room of this hotel. I can imagine the towels that are washed daily because of this. The breakfast was fine. It featured the usual items like a waffle station, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal and oatmeal. The pool is a nice size and has a winding water slide which my son enjoyed. Kids come down that slide fast so I had to warn him to move out of the way after going down. Adults going down flew halfway across the pool with a big splash. Would hate to see a kid get in front of that. We enjoyed our time in the pool and we agreed that we would stay here again.

I was sent a link prior to arrival that made check-in so quick and easy. We recieved a call not long after getting to our room to check if we needed anything. The pool was a good temperature and the waterside was great. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There was free tea, water and coffee in the lobby 24/7.

I've stayed here several times over the years and this place is nothing if not consistent. Most definitely a 4 star review for a 2 star hotel. Pros: There is a pool that is always open. (at least I've never seen it closed) The staff are polite. Prices are very reasonable. Location is great, its just the perfect distance from downtown Sask that you don't have to deal with city problems but can get anywhere reasonably quickly in a car. Cons: Sound proofing in the rooms is a bit lacking you can hear anything going on in the hallways when you're trying to sleep. The only water fountain is on the first floor. Decents. Wifi is an acceptable speed. The room furnishings are fine for a 2 star hotel.

Great location. Right next to SaskTel Centre. Big, Clean Suites. Convenient for events.
